Looking for health?

Get sleep.  There isn't any food, exercise, or supplement that can restore health to the body better than sleep.

It is during sleep that the body repairs itself which enables regeneration to occur within the body's cells.

By all means, do endeavor to eat healthfully, engage in cardio and strength exercising... take that multivitamin and probiotics... but do not neglect the importance of sleep.
